Terms of Use

KCA Lost & Found is a pupil-run notice board to help return lost property within KCA. By using it, you agree to the following.

Who it’s for

It’s for current KCA pupils and staff, signing in with a school Google account, for genuine lost-and-found within the school only.

Be honest

Only claim an item if it is actually yours. Your school email address is recorded with every claim, and claims that turn out to be false can be referred to staff. When you claim something, you confirm you believe it is genuinely yours.

Post responsibly

Only post real lost or found items.
Don’t upload anything offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated. Uploads may be checked automatically and removed.
Don’t post other people’s personal information beyond what’s needed to return an item.

No guarantees

This is a best-effort community tool. It can’t promise that a lost item will be found or returned, that a found item will reach its real owner, or that the board is always available. Handing items over happens in person, outside the website, and isn’t supervised by it.

Moderation

Admins (staff or pupil organisers) may remove posts or claims, and may use recorded information — including the descriptions and emails attached to claims — to help settle disputes about who an item belongs to.
